I hired John Richard for multiple jobs and paid him in full for the work. He did not completely finish any one of the jobs, He kept making excuses for over 6 months of why he could not do the work and now the work is falling apart. Though he said he guaranteed his work. I cannot get a hold of him by phone or email he does not return my requests. I am at the point of going to small claims to get my money back.
