I am delighted to say that the customer service, workmanship, promptness, courteous service as well as cleanliness of the work crew totally eliminated the need for any kind of remorse or dissatisfaction. They all did an outstanding job. Chris really checked out our problems first hand and had them corrected easily. Juan and his crew did a great job on the installation and clean up.

Chris at Titan was very professional and his workers were as well. When they finished, it was hard to tell that they had even been there, except for the new roof and other repairs that they made. Top notch quality! Would recommend to other and would rehire again when opportunity arises!

Now, I know why Titan has great reviews. Chris and his crew are awesome. When I first contacted the company, Chris immediately came out and looked at the roof. He answered all my questions. Best part, all the other companies insisted on knowing how much my insurance was giving for the claim, not Chris. He gave me a quote, which included more than we even expected. To me, that showed he was fair and not trying to take advantage of my insurance company. Chris is a genuine businessman with integrity. His crew is some of the hardest working individuals I have ever seen. They were respectful and polite. Our roof looks great and we are very happy with it. In fact, people keep driving by and looking at what a great job they did. Chris, also, was out ensuring everything was done correctly. However, with his crew, they were superb even in the horrible heat we had in July. We had to have some plywood replaced and Chris is even coming back on a Sunday to paint it. Thank you Chris and the wonderful crew. If we ever need roofing again, we are surely going to call you.

I called to request an inspection on my roof for hail damage and provide a quote if repairs were necessary. The office personnel were friendly and Chris was able to conduct the inspection the following day. He was prompt and thorough. He admitted he would love to sell me a new roof, but my roof was in great shape and did not warrant any repairs. He could have easily provided a list of items which allegedly needed repair without any way for me to challenge otherwise. However, his honesty and professionalism will ensure I use them for any future opportunities. Thanks to the Titan team.

Titan Roofing did a great job on our new roof. Chris Fentress was a pleasure to do business with. The hard working group of roofers promised to give us a beautiful 3 dimensional roof and they did just that. Our house sits on a hill and the roof is very visible from the street. I'm proud of the way it shines in the sunlight!

I had five bids on roofing my home. Titan was chosen based on reviews and bids. They completed our home in 1.5 days, replaced bad sheets of plywood, put new vent covers, painted them to match, covered and kept from damaging the landscaping and finally combed the yard to all trash. Highly recommend Titan Roofing. In fact they are roofing my ranch house also.

I spent weeks researching Roofing companies in the San Antonio area. My husband and I decided to go with Titan Roofing because it was the only company with fantastic review record! Mr. Chris Fentress is very personable and definitely has a passion for the work he does. A huge team came to the house early in the morning and by late afternoon, our home had a beautiful new roof! All landscaping and the deck were covered with tarps. They cleaned around the perimeter of the house and left no debris. Chris was very informative and took his time in explaining the process and even took care of submitting all paperwork to our insurance company. We are very happy with the work and encourage folks to give Chris a call for any of their roofing needs. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!!

I have a two story multi-level home and I recently learned that I had damage to my roof as a result of the April/May hail storms here in San Antonio. My insurance company inspected my roof and paid our claim. I contacted six local reputable roofing companies in San Antonio for estimates. The difference in the estimates I received was $6000 for the exact same roof. One of the companies I called was Titan Roofing. The Owner Christopher Fentress came right out and inspected my roof. We discussed the roof and the job. He was very professional and was honest as to what had to be done and the materials his company would use for the job. After the six companies submitted their estimates I reviewed them, checking all the companies for reviews and complaints. Most told me it would be a two day or more job that was going to be done by just a few roofers. Chris told me he had a crew of eleven professional roofers and they would have the roof done in the same day. He was also the second lowest bid, the lowest was a ridiculously low estimate that I didn’t think the job could even be done for. I signed the contract and we selected a date. Chris and his crew of eleven were there exactly when he said they would be. I have never seen such hard workers. Chris was there supervising the job the entire day. They started at 7:00 am and by 3:30 pm I had a new roof. The workers were all courteous and very professional. They cleaned up the site so well that no one who did not watch that roof go on that day would ever have known they were even there. I highly recommend Chris Fentress and Titan Roofing for any roofing needs. I will gladly share my experience and photos of my roof job with anyone who is considering hiring Titan Roofing.
