Amazing company to work with and amazing products! Robert was extremely professional from start to finish, very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. He thoroughly reviewed my issues, home set up, and tested the water to ensure that I was getting a filtration system that would be tailored to meet the needs of my home. The difference in water quality is remarkable. The installation was done with high quality products so I am looking forward to enjoying this improved quality of living for many years to come.

Totally amazing product. The first day it was installed, our cleaning lady called my wife asking what we did to the water, the difference was unbelievable. I did the install myself and Robert asked for photos during the process and walked me through everything as if he was standing in my basement. We could not be more pleased. Our well water is the standard in the neighborhood. While other people were talked into just a water softener, Robert told us we needed a iron remover from the water test he had us have performed. These folks know water!

We hired Titan Waters to install a Water Softener system in our house. Robert William and his team did an excellent job getting the Water softener installed and it has been functioning well so far. No calcium deposits and water feels soft and silky. Robert has also been prompt to respond to any questions that we had time to time. We feel we got our moneys worth in getting the water softener installed.

These folks really know well water treatment. They diagnosed my issues, took about 11/2 hours including consultation and worth every minute. I interviewed 3 other companies and decided on Titan, and so glad I did. Their professional plumber came in, did a great clean job, left the utility room cleaner than how he found it. Our water now is fantastic, no rust, no egg smell etc. We love the water quality and are so happy, especially my wife. Robert was fantastic and went above and beyond for us and our son with eczema. Robert tested and explained just what was truly in our water which I never knew for 35 years. We've only had it installed for a week but I can already see a difference in the water quality 1,000% and especially while giving the kids a bath. I would recommend Titan Waters to anyone that does not have pure water in their house.

Titan performed a thorough water assessment and explained what all of the different measures meant in simple terms. They were honest in their recommendations of equipment and didn't try to push any equipment we didn't need. Their customer service was excellent and we are very, very happy with our new water filter.

I had done a lot of research of different water systems and finally decided to shop for one. Robert from Titan Waters demonstrated their system and gave me a complete understanding of how their recommended system for my particular case works. I'm on a well and from the sample results they custom made the system as he said they do for each customer which I thought was a great point. Robert and Dan came and did the installation, very professional nice clean job. It's been a couple weeks and the difference is great, the water smells and feels much cleaner and faucets aren't getting the buildup on them like before. I'm very happy with the system and would recommend to anyone looking to check them out.

everyone i dealt with was courteous and prompt with the times that we agreed upon.as far as i know they were very knowledgeable about their products but i'm not a water specialist by any means. the only tiny issue i have with my system is that i think it uses a little more salt than my old softener but that's probably because my old system was 11 years old and that can probably be adjusted. i do rate my water very high now for both taste and how it feels on the skin and hair. my ice cubes are much tastier also. one of our upstairs toilet tanks that is only about 3 years old had what looked like some kind of plants growing in it so i knew we were due for a new system. robert explained to me that it's probably a bacterial growth from our well water. it's really nice to drink water right from the tap for a change

First rate in all regards. Installation done quickly and perfectly. Great guys to do business with. Amazing, the improvement in water quality has had on our home, everything just sparkles and no need to apply hand lotion after washing dishes by hand. Clothes smell fresh. Car dries without streaks. Even the countertop looks brand new. Best decision I have ever made, regarding home improvement. Wish I had done it much sooner. My highest, unqualified endorsement.
