We bought our home in the spring of 2015. Within days of closing, we were notified by the water dept that we had used 32,000 gallons of water and they had shut off service to our home. Titanz came and replaced our pipes with top of the line pex pipe and a new water heater. It has been almost 6 years and we called them when our water heater started popping its circuit. Trevor came out two days later and found that our water heater would be replaced under warranty. We told him we have never had very hot water at the end of the house where our shower and jet tub are located. Trevor inspected the shower valves and reset the factory temperature governor. If that works Trevor will have saved us about $3,000 that we thought we would have to spend on a tankless water heater. I cannot wait to run a hot tub of water without boiling 3 pots to make it warm enough. I highly recommend you put your trust in Titanzs honest technicians and reliable company!

I purchased a home drinking water system and needed a plumbing company to install it. I had used TITANZ on a previous job and they did a good job so I called them again for this job. Trevor was the tech who installed the new system. He was very thorough and made sure there were no leaks and provided me some great tips on changing filters etc.. He was a real professional and I would recommend this company.

The repair to my sewer line only lasted about 3 days and the problem is back just like it was. They wanted $295 to run a camera into the line in addition to the initial charge. Not happy with the outcome.
