Titleist Testing specializes in inspecting and sampling/testing of mold, lead paint, asbestos, drinking water and radon. We are MDE (Maryland Dept. of the Environment) and NAMRI (National Association of Mold Remediators and Inspectors) accredited and certified for both mold and lead paint in Maryland and Washington DC. All lead paint and mold samples are sent to an accredited lab for analysis. You will be provided a full detailed report upon completion. Titleist Testing conducts radon testing for residential homes. We are NRPP (National Radon Proficiency Program) certified which allows a quicker turnaround on radon tests. We are an MDE certified water sampler for chlorine, bacteria, nitrates, copper and PH etc. We can handle any job whether it’s residential or commercial and pride ourselves on prompt reliable service, excellent communication and thorough job completion,
