Very Professional and thorough. Arrived on time, explained to us their process and did a complete job of cleaning our ducts.

He was very professional and explained what he was going to do as well as provided a written quote when he came out, before he did the job. None of the other professionals I called or were recommended by Service Magic would come out, they would only provide a generic quote over the telephone, even after I told them I had unusual issues to deal with at the house.

Tom and his helper were very curtious and informed me of everything they were going to do before doing it. They arrived on the date that was scheduled and on time. When the project was complete, Tom had no hidden charges and had stuck to the original quoted price. While there, Tom had informed me of a saftey hazard with my furnace and plenum which he showed me an discussed what was needed to make the repairs. Needless to say I gave him that work too.

Tom came to my home with two colleagues to investigate a mold smell in my home. I had filed a claim with my insurance company for mold, they sent an engineer who determined the lint in my dryer was the reason for the smell. I knew I had a mold problem and thanks to Tom and his team they found black mold in the floor of my utility room. Tom has the nose of a bloodhound and I so appreciated the thorough investigation he performed to find the mold in my home!!!!

TNT responded quickly to repair our service. Within hours of our request they fixed the problems with both our furnace and AC. The cost was also reasonable, especially since there were three different problems affecting our systems, including a potential fire hazard created when the furnace was originally installed three years ago. I'd highly recommend TNT.

Tom was simply Amazing!!!!! Tom and His crew worked diligently until they were done! Some times they stayed until 9 or 10 pm until the job was done! My Addition to my home was completed in record time thanks to the guys at TNT..... Very clean, always there when they scheduled! Just a wonderful experience in hiring a contractor to do work! Lately its been very hard to find someone to take pride in their work and actually even show up! THANKS GUYS!!!!!!

The response time was very good. Upon arrival and appraisal of the situation Tom explained what the situation was and commenced to correct it. It was all done to our satisfaction. He is very competent and not averse to going into difficult situations. I would highly recommend him to others and will certainly avail myself to his services if needed in the future.
