Tim arrived prompt. Diagnosed the problem with my AC. Provide two recommendations to replace the broken condenser. Also gave additional recommendations to for my AC to keep running effectively during the coming months. Feels nice right now that my AC is working much better. Thanks Tim

The service was great in spite of the difficulty to loosen some of the fixtures. The only drawback is the faucet doesn't swing full left into the second half of the sink. Not a deal breaker but not ideal.
