They worked hard and got the job done. Over all it was a good job.

Poured concrete for patio over existing grass, no stone base used. I am concerned that the patio will crack soon. No warranty. Concrete clean-up very poor took me hours to do clean-up. The customer service was good for repairing the sidewalk that someone walked on before concrete hardened. Update 8/31/20 Patio has now cracked and I am concerned about walkway that has no support on one end. Has not yet honor the arbitration with FairClaims.

He needs to finish up little details. we have been calling and leaving messages. He promised three times to be back to pick tools he left and some cement blocks he dug up from the driveway and patch up a couple of areas in the driveway. He did a lot talking but, he does not live up to all the talking. Otherwise, he did a fairly decent job. He needs to keep his promises.

They did a very poor job on our driveway. It is loaded with divots, indentations from a bucket, boot and brooms. It leaks water into my garage when it gets wet. It puddles in at least three spots. There are many areas where the concrete was not smoothed out and extra concrete was not removed. They dumped concrete in a vacant yard and driveway so the police showed up to my house. Troy said he would come look at the problems but he never showed up. He doesn t answer or return our phone calls.

They are great guys hard working respectful of your property and they know what there doing. They did my 12x38 patio in a day and got it done before the weekend for are party.

He is a young man, was friendly and very willing to make adjustments after doing the quote and going above and beyond. Though I was not offended,I believe he could back down on his language a bit because it might offend some people.
