Bad customer service. Employee behaviour is not good. Office Employee threatened to block my complaints with remarks, stop sending text messages. The toilets are still leaking and they are not coming back to fix. Their employee on the until quote wrote 5 year warranty but refused to complete the leaking toilet and faucets job.

The following fixtures are not including in the contract we did them for free. Fix your doorbell, 4 traps. Because here at Toby?s we like for our customer to be happy."

Their Customer service is not good. I asked for a different service date via email, the company acknowledged it yet sent the crew on the previously decided date. The master plumber did not come when the work was being done. I was out of state when the work was completed. When i came back, i noticed that the two line outs were not capped. instead the covered the openings with the piece of cloth and plastic bags. I had to call and send pictures to them to get them to cap it. They also did not fill the ditch to the full and left the dirt piles on ground. Their price was reasonable. They gave me complementary high pressure water flow service to clear any blocking.
