Very personable and very thorough.

Steve Romasko was extraordinary in handling my varmint problem. I had critters between my bedroom ceiling and the roof. Steve cut a hole in the ceiling and put in traps. Each time we heard the traps snap, we called him back and he set fresh traps. All told, he snared nine squirrels over several visits. He was knowledgeable about the animals, who used the spaces for nesting their offspring. He charged me a single rate early on and never hit me with additional fees for his revisits (including on Saturday and Sunday). But the best thing about Steve was the undivided attention he gave to solving our problem. He was Laser-focused, but always of good humor too. He demonstrated on each visit his total commitment to doing the job right.

From the first phone cal I knew this was the company I was going to choose. Andrew was amazing ! I had to reschedule a few times due to emergencies and he was very flexible. During his visit he was thorough, friendly, explained each step of the process clearly and very efficient. We had many openings which he sealed and then set up traps throughout the apartment! Looking forward to seeing the results and to Andrews follow up visit in a couple of weeks :) for anyone who has a pest issue, I would highly recommend hiring Andrew!
