Brian ward came out to my house Sunday, Oct 10th at 9 am. I did a walk thru with what I needed to be done, not a big job. Just baseboards they the house and a couple of other minor fixes. It is now Thursday, Oct. 14 and he still has not sent me a quote which he said he would get back to quick. I have messaged home a few times saying who I am and my address and no response. Terrible customer service and inexcusable!!!!!

An artist.He can cut any shape to fit a corner perfectly out of 1 piece. No waste, saves money. May take a little longer than others, but WELL worth it. He is a perfectionist. Loves dogs!

While we were gone he hired additional people to come and work in side our home without our knowledge and then wanted us to pay for their work. He didnt install the dishwasher, we had to hire someone else and pay again. Did not reinstall doorknobs correctly, had to pay to have those fixed as well. Smooth talker, he did do a decent paint job.

Brian was very courteous and did a complete job. It took him four return trips to finish the drywall work. Looks good.

Brian showed up on schedule; I showed him the project and he gave me a price that was higher then the other guy I talked with but the other guy was 3 weeks out, so I hired Brian and he did a great job for a few dollars more, I will use Brian in the future and recommend him to other that need a handyman.

Does what he says he will do! You can count on him and cost is reasonable! I would recommend them. He keeps his word, a lot of people do not do that and he does not many like that anymore. Sticks with the job until you are satisfied.
