The whole septic thing was somewhat foreign to us. However, John Todd and their employees make you feel super comfortable as they take the time to break everything down into layman's terms for you. Not only are they very educated in this field, but they are also very courteous and professional. Jacob was our onsite technician and he is INCREDIBLE! He took his time to do the project right as if it were his own home. We truly can't say enough good things about this company. You will feel like family when you sign up to do business with them. We've now used them twice and will continue doing so moving forward.

Jack Todd and his team replaced my old concrete septic tank with a new poly tank. They were knowledgeable, responsive, professional and did an excellent job with the installation. They were careful with my landscaping and even repaired the sprinkler line and French drain that had to be cut for the install. I highly recommend Todd Co. if you need septic work!

He did an evaluation to see if I needed the septic tank pumped. According to the number of years since the last pumping, it was very likely. However, he said everything looked fine and I should be good for at least another year. He also gave me a lot of advice for simple maintenance to help extend the life.
