"The source of the odors in the bedroom of residence was based on the tenant using a lot of different essences within the room. The room was tested for mold growth toxins and the results indicated low spore counts. The client did not want to perform volatile organic compound testing (VOC) due to the expense of the testing and requested only mold sampling. The recommendations for only using hot water for clothing and hard items was based on the hypersensitivity of the person living within the room and regaining the real essence of the room and adding only one essence within the room. Using a variety of different essences within a room can create hypersensitivity to a person, especially if its a closed bedroom. The owner did not like his results. The facts from the lab analysis state the air quality within the room in comparison to the outside reading. I cannot state the results but I can say they were approved. I take a lot of pride as an Environmental Scientist as you can see in my three previous Ratings & Reviews. This rating is incorrect."
