Showed up when he said he would, and finished job exactly as requested.

This contractor is non responsive and owes me lots of money and is not communicating with me. i would not recommend him he told me he is closing his business after 16 years in the middle of my project and has not refunded my money.

Todd is professional and courteous. We will call him again and often!

Todd and his assistant Brian did quality work for me, lots of little things, as well as building me a custom shed for a weird-to-fit space. It's cute as can be. Todd is very competent, and they were both very respectful and trustworthy, and great with my old dog. I'd be happy to recommend Todd Kelley.

Good work done promptly. A bit of a snarky sense of humor. I asked three times if they could hang the curtains while they were installing curtain rods. I had the curtains ready, helper was on the ladder. Todd said, OK we’ll hang your curtains for free but they left without hanging them. They were coming back the next day, but....by the time I lugged ladder down from second floor where they left it and set it up, it took me less than a minute to hang the curtains I’ve asked him for another bid, we’ll see how long he takes. Overall though I’d hire him again.

Excellent work and offered solutions to possible future projects

Todd and Brian came in, immediately got to work and finished my projects ahead of schedule. They took down an old "built-in" office unit and even took the unit away. Then they filled in the holes, retextured the wall and painted the room. It looks great. I also asked them to hang a few heavy pictures and mirrors and they made it look VERY easy. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to any one who needs help with their home.

They came in, got right to work, completed everything in record time and all the work was of good quality.

They do more than paint and I was so happy with the service and quality that I have hired them to do other handyman projects for me including electrical.

Todd quoted a price to me on 4 project that I needed done. He came in the morning as promised and was able to complete all project the same day. I am quite please with the quality of work done and planning on getting him in the future for other projects. I would definitely recommend him anytime.
