Todd is a friendly, knowledgeable, polite repairman. Knew right away what the problem was and had the part we needed with him. He made a few suggestions as to what we could do to extend the life of our unit, after our asking several questions. Did not try to pressure us into unnecessary maintenance or repair. Highly recommend Todd Mathews!!!

Todd was a polite, courteous respectful gentleman who expressed his knowledge about air conditioning systems and his expertise in gathering merchandise to be be installed on our roof. From the day of estimating to the day of installation and completion, Todd was prompt, organized and thorough. When the installation was complete, he left the area cleaner than when he started. We highly recommend him to all who need help with their heating and cooling issues. We are very pleased with the A/C unit Todd installed.. He knows what he is doing!!!!!!

Todd Matthews was very professional. He explained everything he was going to do and he let me know how much it would cost before doing the work. He checked out my heating and air conditioning system and verified that it was all in good working order. He also cleared out the thermostat settings so that it would stop changing my settings. I will definitely keep Todd as my heating and air conditioning professional and have him come back for my spring maintenance.

I don't normally give 5 star ratings but the level of service was far above the standard. Todd was very professional, polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. It was very refreshing to have someone explain what the issue was in terms that I understood without trying to sell me something I didn't need. Todd came to my home at the specified time for routine maintenance on my heating and air conditioning system. He found a leak in the air duct in the attic and repaired it. He took pictures on his phone and explained everything to me. The repair was quick and he was very professional and priced fairly. I will definitely use him again in the future.

I had Todd out to install my Ecobee thermostat, he was able to install and set it up quickly and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use him again when I need my ac worked on.
