Bathroom - Remodel
We have worked with Todd on a number of projects, including a full bathroom remodel where he did all the tile work and installed radiant heat flooring. He is also helped us with a number of random maintenance items on our property including repairing a major leak in our water main. Todd is always responsive, helpful and does quality work.

Deck or Porch - Repair
Was not detailed, left a wide gap where the railing met, asked him about and he said it would allow the rain to go through. So now I have to fix that. The other end did not fit very well either. The only good thing was that he brought a nice piece of lumber.

"This is a fine example of your typical knucklehead customer one might find on HomeAdvisor. If I had built a palace for free they would complain about it not being enough. Next time I will fill well-advised rot preventing gaps with caulk - it is proven to accelerate rot - to appease their need for an aesthetically pleasing look."
