Worst customer service from Jenny, the owner, that I have dealt with in a long time. I confirmed my appointment via text the week before I was due to have my house cleaned. Waited 25 minutes and no one showed. After I had to call Jenny, she told me they were short people and wouldn't get to my house until 11:00. I was picking up company to bring back to the house and told her that was unacceptable. She sent a crew over to my house to get it cleaned. I came home and there was a fine grit all over every surface in my kitchen. I had ankle surgery a few weeks ago and am on crutches. I had to wipe down the kitchen myself, just to make dinner. My guests were horrified by the film over all the appliances and counter top. There were many other areas that weren't done at all or properly. Jenny finally texted me the next day and said she would send someone over to re-clean the house. No one came by and Jenny never responded to my text.I am very disappointed (to say the least) - when I originally spoke with Jenny, I was very encouraged and hopeful. I really hate writing negative reviews but I think this is something everyone should be aware of.

The three ladies were so nice. However, they got straight to work, and did a great job!

Three personable ladies showed up and went right to work to clean my house pre-move in. I left a check and key and took off for a family reunion. Results: the windows and floors looked quite good. The bathrooms mostly good, but there was still blue toothpaste gel in a hole in an attached toothbrush holder. In the kitchen cabinets I found a cigarette, spaghetti sticks and more small trash, plus it was obvious that not all drawers had been wiped. One bathroom closet was ignored, as was the laundry room and I had pointed both of these out ahead of time. For $350 I expected better.

I paid $185.00 for a deep cleaning. The owner showed up with another person, called two other women to clean. She took my check and left. The two ladies worked 1 1/2 hrs. I should have done a walk through , my bad. Scatter rugs weren’t moved , dry mopped aro, things in the bookcase not dusted , pedestal on dining room table and chairs not dusted , light over table not cleaned , no crown molding touched. I could go on but guess you get the idea. Work wasn’t worth $50.00 never mind $185.00. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

They promised a deep clean and did a lick and a promise.. one of the products used smelled like a cheep perfume and it remained in the house for the next two days.. I will not have them back ever.. I was so hopeful that I would be able to find a company that would do a good job and this is definely not the company for me..

My maid of many years got ill and my sister and I needed someone quickly to help 2 little old ladies out. Together We Clean was fantastic, Prompt, courteous, and a need and want to clean our houses as we would do. I will use them again, and feel comfortable and delighted to have them in our homes anytime. Thanks for being there when we needed you most.

Jenny and Jessica were professional in their approach and made suggestions on how to clean surfaces that I was having trouble with. They were very through and well organized in their cleaning of my house. I’m very blessed to have found Together We Clean.

Very professional and thorough

I hired this company to deep clean a house I was moving into. This they did a nice job of but things declined from that point. They were frequently late, disorganized and I did not feel they were getting my home clean as I found evidence of things undone. I terminated this company because I was so disappointed in their service.

They are very flexible with my schedule and the work is very good.
