Other than the work that was preformed, Toledano Home Improvements does not return calls. If an issue comes up after getting paid, it s extremely difficult to reach this contractor. I have been more than patient, understanding that he has other jobs but I won t accept no return call or a solution to the problem especially after he got paid

His work is exceptional and he made suggestions about designs and layouts that some other contractors do not do. He wasnâ t pushy with his ideas. He was punctual and that is important to me. I was completely satisfied.

We are so pleased with the work they did digging up the grass area in our backyard and putting down pavers for a neat and finished look! They stayed in communication with us throughout the project and they were always up front and transparent with the work and the cost. They were extremely polite and very meticulous with trying to make everything as perfect as possible! They cleaned up each day they worked on our project and are some of the hardest working contractors I ve ever seen! I am excited to have found their business as they will be taking care of ALL of our home care needs going forward! I have also referred them to do work for my parents and neighbors! Eleil and his 2 man crew installed a new vinyl sheet kitchen floor. It looks great. He and his crew were very nice and got the job done quickly. I was in a hurry and he accommodated me and did it in less than a week since our first phone call. Very clean, efficient and I am glad i hired them.

Eliel T. is the company owner and he personally oversees the work. He is a General Contractor who has been to my home 7 times, replacing electrical fixtures, installing motion detector switches to control lights, replacing toilets, installing light fixtures, installing toilets, fixing plumbing leaks, replacing the kitchen and bathroom floors, hanging a bathroom door, installing a stair bannister, as well as numerous small projects. He is meticulous, honest, and his prices are fair. His crews always clean up after the job is done. I highly recommend the company to anyone needing an excellent, dependable general contractor.

Two men arrived at my home, they were on time, and kept my house clean. They were knowledgable and very professional. .Eliel was very confident which made me feel comfortable in hiring him.

Comment: I hired Eliel Toledano to spackle walls,& nail pops This has been a nightmare. I had placed blue tape over all the areas to be repaired as he had requested. I told him to please check to see if I had missed any. But I was the one going around and seeing things that he missed or maybe ignored. I showed him one large spot in the powder room that was bumped out. What he did was just put spackle over it.There were five narrow mirrows on the wall in the living room that I had taken down so that area could be spackled. There was some paper and adhesive still on the wall and I pointed this out to him. Much to my amazement he spackled over the paper and adhesive. he was never on time and never called to let me know he would be late. I grew tired of looking for more spots that needed attention by him. In my estimation this was his job, not mine. He does sloppy work. There were gobs of spackle on the powder room floor, on my desk, small tables and on the carpet. yet he says he guarantees his work.This is a person I would never hire again or recommend to anyone. He has a bad attitude when you call him or email him.I have never written a bad review before but his work is unacceptable. I told him I wanted a refund as he had not done the job properly. He said I'm sorry you feel that way,Enjoy your day
