The service and convenience of HomeAdvisor is great however I had a problem with the price. I was quoted$125 but my final bill was over$200! Too many additional fees.

Locksmith got the job done quickly and was able to go above an beyond the call of duty for my sliding glass door lock. I would highly recommend Lock & Roll to all my family and friends. As a matter of fact, I did recommend Lock & Roll to my sister, who is also moving into a new home.

They were a half hour late, but they did call.

Very professional and very nice young man came on his day off to help me.

I read the reviews and although some were very negative others were positive. To avoid extra charges like some reviewers received I got a firm estimate on the phone. When the locksmith arrived he said there would be a $30 labor charge in addition to the amount quoted to me on the phone. Well, I stopped him right there and said no that was not a part of the firm quote I received. He reduced the labor charge to $10 so I agreed to that since I didn't want to make more phone calls to make an appointment with another locksmith. He rekeyed 3 locks but only gave me 2 keys and gave me the excuse that he didn't have the equipment to make copies. Like other reviewers I also called their office for an explanation of the additional $30 charge he tried to charge me. I only got their answering machine and they never called me back. Beware! I will never use them again.

Even with a scheduling mix up they were able to remediate quickly.

They were reasonably priced and seemed to know their stuff. They were 30 minutes late.

Called early to confirm the day's appointment, and also called later to alert me of a delay in arrival time.

Beware of Lock N Roll Locksmith of Flat Rock MI. They did not show up on time as promised and had to call them again. Once he said he is on the way, next call he said he is finishing up another project. Obviously, they did not tell the truth. They quoted $29 for trip charge and $15 + for services. A 5 min service to unlock a door they charged $200 dollars (estimate was $45-50). I would not recommend this provider to friends & family for their dis-honestly. (West Bloomfield, MI)

First lock came completely out when I put the key in. Someone else came out and replaced it after I called. Total ended up being $260 for three doors. Seems like a lot?
