David Tolliver did an excellent job on both the projects he was hired for. After being stung by a previous contrator, I was very critical about anyone else working on my home. David came in and eased my fears by the great job he did. He was professional, personable, and very good at what he does. I would quickly use him for any other projects I need and recommend him to my friends. Great job David!!!

I had my gutters cleaned and some touch-up exterior painting done. It was a small project but Mr. Tolliver handled it as professionally as if it were a large one. I will definitely use again. Only reason I did not rate 5 stars is that he runs a little late on arrival times.

I was surprised to learn that Tolliver is a San Antonio company, since I live in Austin. But he (David Tolliver, the owner) cheerfully ventured up the 80-mile drive, and he was very pleasant to work with. He and his crew worked steadily, despite weather that threatened to drench them, and he willingly did a little add-on project beyond just cleaning gutters and the exterior of windows, cutting back some branches away from the roof -- including using some creative engineering to bring enough of the branches within reach of the ladder so that they wouldn't immediately grow back to touch the roof again. Well done.

A great drywall and texturing job, but took much longer than anticipated.

Pprofessional, courteous, and friendly with an eye for detail. I'm continuing to work with Tolliver's on several other projects around my residence.

Excellent overall service!

Very nice person to work with. We had some difficulty with scorpions getting in the house, so we used them to seal the base boards around the house and to reseal a few doors. We haven't seen any scorpions to date!

He comes off as a genuine person & the quality of the work is good to very good but his communication & timeliness made it hard to appreciate the outcome. Additionally the fact the it cost me more money the minute he walked in the door to begin the job was certainly disheartening & I immediately felt deceived. I would be hard pressed to refer him to a friend or family member but if you have the patience to deal with someone that is habitually hours late & that doesn't communicate the entire scope of the project then he'll probably satisfy your needs. Frankly I won't use his service again becuase I don't believe that it's worth the headache
