We hired Victor to take down our old backyard stairs/small deck and replace with custom designed stairs. I drew out my idea, sent him a request and he replied quickly asking to come over to scope out our ideas. Victor reviewed our design ideas and let us know he'd do some research and get back to us within a day. Victor came back with a clear estimate of work as well as researched types of wood and how he would move forward with our design. From there we moved forward and Victor was truly amazing! Because wood supplies are short he went above and beyond to find us alternatives and a good supplier that was fair. Victor came into our project focused and professional. He finished early and when we saw the finished project we were literally taken aback at how seamless and customized our stairs turned out. They were exactly what we wanted and his attention to detail was astonishing. We plan on hiring Victor again once we have enough budget for our bathroom/kitchen renovation. He is extremely good at his craft and overall very professional.
