Tom and his crew were fantastic. They went above and beyond to accommodate us . They never used any tape and the lines were perfect . His pricing was very fair and he took time to explain everything to us and walked us through the process . He even painted two doors not included in the estimate and when we tried to pay for it he said no worries. Overall this was a great experience and Iâ m looking forward to getting my him back in here to paint the rest of our home. I highly recommend him and his crew

They were very clean picked up anything on the floor and vacuumed the first floor where they were working. They were very fast and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Tom again .

Be prepared to scour every inch Tom and his crew paint. I received several quotes for our project, but Tom came across as the most knowledgeable and lowest price. He did a good job explaining what he would do, however I found the work to be quite sloppy. Several streaks, areas not sanded down, painting over a color with the wrong color and then quickly trying to fix it. Since he does not use tape - which he boasted his line are very clean - colored paint from our walls got onto the white ceiling and also bled/leaked from the baseboard painting onto a brand new floor. Disappointed he did not remove any door hardware or switch plates as now we can see the circle paint streak marks on the doors, and we have been scrubbing paint off brand new hardware. To me, this should have been a no-brainer to remove the hardware. He assured us that if we were not satisfied he would come back until the job was right. He did come back multiple times to fix issues we found, and all looked decent. However, after the paint dried, we realized more work still needed to be done. We did have a delay that was out of our control and he was accommodating with that. At the end of the day, we are finishing the job ourselves and correcting a significant amount of work done because we are not satisfied with the quality.

For my project (1500sq ft townhouse), I got quotes from four painters. Tom was the lowest at $4200, 2nd quote was 4,600 but a 3-month wait to schedule. The other two quotes were 6,600 and 8,800 but did include some other work I did not ask Tom to quote. Tom was the lowest quote, quick availability from time of estimate. Their work was fast and somewhat sloppy, you have to double-check everything they do for splatters and to make sure they hit the walls with two coats. Tom is very responsive to address any areas of concern, he has great customer service. HeGood value for the money, but just be sure to double-check every sq foot you have them paint. You also have to watch to make sure they remove the light-switch wall plates which they do sometimes. They don't tape so check for drips on the trim. They also don't patch and sand unless you specifically request the spots they need to repair before painting. Home Advisor is also the only place Tom has reviews. I scoured the internet, google, yelp, etc, and found nothing. Tom did provide references upon request. All things being the same and equal, I would use them again given the price and timeliness of his availability. If I was looking for high quality without a rush I would have gone with another painter.

As far as the jump in price you forgot to mention you added painting a whole hallway the day of the start. Also, we never tried to put one coat on a wall what your referring to is when you informed me your wife and son would be coming home early because your son was sick so we called it an early day trying to be respectful I had done a quick walkthrough with your wife and told her which walls only had one coat and we would put a second coat on them tomorrow so your son could rest. We also changed the color of your closets with no additional charge and did three coats on them for no additional charge. Thank you for the work and we appreciate your feedback."

Tom and his team did an exceptional job removing wallpaper, patching and sanding, and painting the interior of our home. He was prompt and responsive. It was evident from our first meeting that he was a professional, and an expert in this field. He was honest, and made recommendations for what we needed even if we chose to use a different company. His team was efficient, and did an amazing job. They were able to finish the entirety of our house within 3 days.
