Tom Cotton was very professional and thorough throughout the process, from initial meeting to quoting to providing service for our property and our neighborhood. His team has done a great job, and Tom followed up with us after the first servicing to see if there was anything that we weren't happy about. We were thrilled, but Tom said he wasn't happy about a few things (still don't know what - our lawn looks great). We had a dead tree fall on our property. I called Tom and he sent a team out to clean it up the next morning (I told him we could wait). So far, fantastic service at a reasonable and competetive price. Highly recommended
