Have used Drexler many times. Needed a broken pipe replaced. Tech came, provided several estimates to repair the pipe and/or secure sink cabinet to the wall. Could only afford pipe repair. We waited over a year to get this done, waiting on tax refund. Tech checked the sink and had to leave to get the correct size pipe. Came back and in less than 30 mins. presented the bill, had me a sign and left in less than 5 mins. Went in to check sink and found it was clogged. Called the office and they contacted tech. He apparently told the officer that he had informed us of the clog and had provided it in his estimate. If we needed it fixed he would come back for an additional fee. I informed the office that he had not informed us of the clog nor had he included it in his various estimates. Tech was matter-of-fact and appeared eager to finish the job and leave. I paid nearly $300 and still cannot use the sink. This is the last time we will use Tom Drexler.

The Tom Drexler company DESTROYED my house: I called Tom Drexler plumbing to cap-off two hoses that would later be hooked up to sink faucets. They sent out Danny Priddy. I explained to him that I had a temporary (and ridiculous), "fix" over the hoses consisting of a towel and duct tape and that he would need to remove that to cap them off. He did not touch the towel or duct tape. He capped off two different and irrelevant hoses to the left of the towel and duct tape. Then he turned the water to the house on and left. Four hours later I entered the home to a complete flood. All of my floorings is ruined. My ceilings caved in. Drexler had serve-pro immediately come out to dry the place and remove the damaged product. They tore out the ceilings, ripped up the floor, un-hooked dome lights, and left. Today the company representatives, PJ Hardin and Jeff Russell, came to the house for the first time. They walked around the destroyed property for 15minutes, left, and called an hour later to tell me that they thought Danny Priddy had done a fine plumbing job and that they did not feel as though the company was liable for the damage. I have tens of thousands of dollars in damage because of the Drexler plumbing crew, and although the negligence is blatant, they are trying to leave me high and dry. This company has no integrity, no morals, and will NOT take care of you, as their customer, if they mess up, and they do.

Taylor Goetz was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Fixed clogged drain very quickly. Price quoted and charged was half the price that was quoted by another national plumbing company.

Installed new furnace then later told us it was not compitable w our a/C unit requiring us to purchase a new one. Forgot to install filter slot; singed our carpet;scratched washing machine w equipment. Couple trips back here for misc. things. NEVER use again.. finance person misrepresented payment schedule costing us more. So disappointed.

The service person, Phillip was very professional, prompt, and tried to be respectful of my home. I only have one complaint, the bathtub never got unclogged. I thought it would work itself out since the rest of the house runs fast now but it is slow as ever. I would recommend the company and the service team member to anyone with a caveat to check everything before they leave.

Very professional and considered with the wearing of footwear to prevent tracking the outside inside. Got to the job and finished in a very reasonable time.

They did a great job. charged what was quoted and got it done fast .. very good quality.

We were very pleased with the final remodel results and would recommend them to others for bathroom renovations.

They were knowledgeable about the draio problem. In previous years we have called other plumbers to assist us with our problem, however their solution was not satisfactory to us. They completed the job in a timely matter and cleaned up their mess.

Excellent work, have used them for 10 years. They are very good, do fine work.

It was a two man job but most of the time had only one working. Job took a few days longer than the original plan. I am satisfied with the out come of the completed bathroom, especially the walk-in shower, love it! The person that did the work was very professional.

The remodelers were very professional and returned to correct any problems. We are anticipating another bathroom remodel from them in the next month. They were courteous, knowledgeable and reliable.

Quick, complete, and positive. The work was done as detailed with no problems. Representative was on time and courteous. I would not hesitate to use Tom Drexler Plumbing again and would recommend to others.

The start date was changed twice. The completion time was three times longer than we were led to believe when we signed the contract. Workmen were very professional and competent. Overall, the work was adequate and everything promised was done.

good but WAY TOO expensive!!!! They charged $176.00 to put in a kitchen faucet and they were in and out in 1 hour!

The 2 servicemen were very helpfu and assessed the problem with my shower immediately and fixed it immediately. They also answered other questions I had about my plumbing because I am in a new home. They also told my son how to prevent problems in the basement bathroom he uses. I am very happy.

The job was not completed in a single visit and needs to be scheduled for completion. The original work was scheduled for Tuesday evening, the call was given to the technician for Monday evening.

Installer arrived at the appointed time and installed the water heater to my satisfaction

they were very professional and nice. they were a little lost for time but the plumber made sure my work was done satisfactorly. they even protected my floors from the equipment and dirty shoes. their price was more reasonable than the other estimates I got. thanks tom drexler and service magic.
