Save you money. Tom will promise the world and then disappear or send some day worker he found he subs out most work to people who will complain to you about not getting paid. The work that was done was horrible and we ended up having to get another contractor to fix the mess. The doors weren't even hung properly!

Tom is super friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I definitely see us using him again in the future for other projects.

EXCELLENT !! Tom was very thorough - very knowledgeable. He replaced my front door sill; re-affixed, nailed and glued about 40 sq. ft. of creaking floor boards (from below); and diagnosed a problem with a bi-polar kitchen high-hat fixture. He explained everything ahead of time. He was easy to contact and communicate with - AND he was on time !! Lastly - he finished the work in less time than he had quoted (which was a very fair price). Without my saying a word, HE offered to LOWER the price ! I worked in construction for over 20 years. Trust me - to find skill, knowledge, professionalism AND the ability to walk and chew gum at the same time is RARE. I'm gonna have this guy bronzed and framed.

They send a guy over for diagnosing a light switch problem, but the diagnose was wrong and not making sense. We ended up paying this wrong diagnose and had to hire other people

As a Designer. I look for pros who possess the same standards as myself. Tom D executed the removal and reinstall of large mirrors and custom glass panels with finesse. He came up with solutions to insuring all were level, plumb, and secure! I would definitely hire again and work with him on my other projects!
