Tom Hebert Asphalt Maintenance

I hired this company to seal my driveway in May 2019 and fix / repair a crack. The crack was not sealed correctly and as a result expanded over the winter months with the freeze and thaw cycle. The owner said to call in spring 2020 and he would come out to fix but for the past two months he has not returned any calls, texts, or emails I have sent him. His phone is always busy and it looks like he may be out of business and or closed up shop leaving me hanging having paid for his service that was substandard. My advice if he is still in business, hire someone else.

Great experience from start to finish. They explained the process and did what they said they would,. The product they used looked great when the job was complete, no mess neatly done. Drive way looks like it did when it was installed over 2 years ago.

They seem so do good work and are quick to respond and come by to check on job. Filling of cracks in driveway with black sand did not work. Sealant did not keep sand from being washed away once rained on four days later. Called Tom and asked about the issue and He said he would take care of it. Due to recent weather and him being busy, I am left with a sealed driveway that has open cracks due to the sand being washed away. Not what I expected for $550.00 . Hopefully I ll here from him soon.

Mr. Hebert was professional, on time, explained what he could do for us and did it. He filled in a large crack too. He even came back two days later to check on the work. We recommended him to our neighbors and he sealed their driveways too. He has the experience that I trusted. Highly recommend.
