They came and installed the faucet and it worked fine. Then a very strange thing happened and the water went to a dribble. The owner came out and took the whole thing apart and fixed it! Great customer service!

At $50. Per hour he's pricey but very amicable and capable of fixing everything! He's a good guy to know. Perhaps if I didn't have so many small jobs that needed fixing the cost wouldn't have hurt so much. I'll use him again though.

I would absolutely hire Tom again to complete any home improvement project. We had a difficult soffit, roof, siding repair job in front of us and it was completed beautifully and in a timely manner. Tom is responsive and courteous, and he was honest and fair in his quote and final payment amount for services. Very happy customers.

Hired Tom to install a dishwasher. He removed the old one, installed the new one and assisted me in removing an old microwave. He did the work when scheduled, cost was very reasonable, and was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend him and will hire him again when I have other projects.
