Tom did an outstanding and high quality job for me. I was very pleased with the result. He stayed within the bid price. I would highly recommend Tom and hope to use him again myself.

Tom does very, very good work, for a very good price. I hired him to clean, repair and seal an existing small deck. It was done well, completely, and quickly. The only issue I had with him at all is scheduling. He's extremely difficult to nail down a start date, and even harder to schedule to come back to complete something. While he was doing the work on the deck, he determined that my exterior faucet had a split pipe, and said he would repair it. He didn't repair it, which I foolishly didn't realize til the next summer when I turned the exterior faucet on. I called many times over the summer to ask him to return to repair it, and he continually put it off until I gave up in October and hired someone else (only took a couple of hours).

It was a project who had no timeline to be finished, therefore we gave him time to finish the work
