He quickly responded with an estimate in Feb 2021. In April, we arranged for the job to be completed. The crew showed up and finished the job. I love the work they did.

Removed popcorn from ceiling, textured, and painted newly textured ceiling. They started the project on time, showed up on time every day and completed the project early. They did an excellent job, in fact we have now hired them for another home project. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a painting contractor.

We really liked Tom. He was a personable man and we are of the thought that he probably does quality work. Sadly, for us, this was not the case on our new home project. Over $11,000 and while some of the complaints can be taken back to the sheetrock guys, and the trim carpenter, many of the issues were actually neglected by or created by the paint crew, including paint (which still remains) on my new kitchen cabinets. Ceiling bumps (which still remain), and wall paint on the white trim...among many other issues. But one of the most upsetting for me is that one of the walls was not sanded and because of the bright yellow paint color was not noticed until I began cleaning. It is a mess. I also had to pick up the drinks and trash from the painters, and innumerable cigarettes from my driveway (after my husband provided a bucket for the butts, as we have an autistic son and a toddler who could pick them up). My advice, do not pay the entire amount until repairs are made...we trusted Tom, because of his amicable nature and his professional attitude, but after payment, things were not completed or repaired. Even after they charged me an additional $150 for another coat of paint in the yellow room. And after I tipped the crew leader for coming back out. Also, for us, communication was not good. They never told us our drywall guy needed to come back a third time...they just painted over bad areas. Then say it is not their fault. They did not communicate that our trim guy made a lot of errors. They just painted over more faulty areas and then said it was not their fault. My husband is now fixing areas they said were split trim and bad wood ...but ended up being areas where their primer had pooled and not been sanded. And having said all of that...there are other areas that they did satisfactory work. I just think some projects fall through the cracks...and that was ours. Also, our doors were damaged in the device they use to hold the doors to spray and dry them. We did a careful check of our doors when delivered and after being put up, and the were not frayed like after the painters were done. We also have 5 doors in the house that they did not paint, and not a one of those doors is frayed.

They painted very quickly when they came and the job was done except the windows which need glazing.

The painters did an excellent job on repairing and painting all ceiling on the main level of our house in less than 6 hours. They cleaned every thing up before they left. They guaranteed their work.

He did a really nice job even though my ceilings were a tough job. He was punctual & willing to fix a big hole in my ceiling that wasn't previously discussed.

They were very good about clean up. Careful not to drip paint where it shouldn't be. Careful not to damage flowers and shrubs. They were also timely.
