It caused me a lot of stress because he came in with dirty shoes, no gloves, no mask, and had to constantly go back to his truck for tools. I was charged for 3 hours and do not feel like it should have taken more than 2 hours.

Travis was terrific. We had a difficult blockage to find and deal with and Travis is smart, diligent, and focused. His work was thorough and minimally invasive, and cheerfully done. Mr. Tom Martin and Travis were very responsive to our problem.
