Recently had an outrageous, gas and water bill for a couple month. Called a plumbing company (Lett’s). They sent out an incompetent rep just down for the upsell. Friend recommended Travis (owner of Flush It Down Plumbing). He came out that same day… listened to me, inspected, diagnosed, and fixed problem all in the same day (full water heater replacement). Travis is highly professional, personable, experienced ,a people’s plumber- help you understand and resolve without upsell- man and company of integrity, loyalty and honorable. I highly recommend Travis .He also asked if there were any other issues. I mentioned a couple an and he took the extra time to listen and explain the problem. Did not try to get a service job out of it at all. Just offered his help if needed and said call him if f necessary. I was able to fix the extra issues. He called back a couple weeks later checking in on how everything is working. He is now my go to guy for any plumbing related issues and will get my referrals to Anyone that is in need of an exceptional person and plumber!

It caused me a lot of stress because he came in with dirty shoes, no gloves, no mask, and had to constantly go back to his truck for tools. I was charged for 3 hours and do not feel like it should have taken more than 2 hours.

Travis was terrific. We had a difficult blockage to find and deal with and Travis is smart, diligent, and focused. His work was thorough and minimally invasive, and cheerfully done. Mr. Tom Martin and Travis were very responsive to our problem.

Brandon did a great job with the mystery leak. He was very thorough and tried to be the least invasive with my sheetrock and ceiling leak. This way I will not have such a big project of repair to my ceiling. Great job!!!!
