Don’t pay this contractor in full before the job is done! Only two people. Tom, unable to work, but driving force in finding work and his only one super worker, Robert!! They are unlicensed workers and have zero working capital! I paid $800 and another $1,000 just for materials to keep work progressing! I paid final $2,000 on a Friday, with a bend over backwards promise to finish the work on Saturday!! Did not finish promised contracted job! However, what was completed was exemplary because of Robert, not Tom.
