Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Very unprofessional, sloppy work. After waiting two weeks to use the shower it leaks. He returned and said would be back to fix it. I have not heard from him I tried calling and e-mailing but no response. Now I will need to hire some one to fix what is still broke and to replace my carpet.

I was not fully informed of what needed to be done to the lawn to get the best result so I ended up paying a lot of money for sloppy work. Prices for certain services were increased from one estimate to the next with no explanation of why until after the work was performed. After rejecting the first estimate, work was performed via a verbal agreement; I only saw the second estimate after the work was completed and it was drastically over my stated budget. The worker(s) did not come to complete the job when they said they would and my phone calls were not returned.

"This customer was trying to sell her house with a landscape that was over grown and a mess. She did not know what she wanted. I spelled out what needed to be done in order to sell her house. Everyday I get to the job she changed her mind. I wrote up 4 bids on this job and she finally told me to tear everything out and but in new. Which was more that the $200 budget she had. Her estate agent agreed"
