I got started as a Realtor in Greater Denver in 1974. Personally I've been involved in over 1,500 real estate transactions. For the past 20 + years I also did real estate Appraisals working on well over 1,000 appraisals. (with no challenges to value) Primarily working as an FHA appraiser, A VA appraiser (helping Veterans buy & refinance property) and have done over 150 appraisals for American Financing Corp in Aurora. My experience both as a Realtor & Appraiser benefits the consumer in that both sides are better understood resulting in a more accurate estimate of value.
