Tommy Handyman Service

I hired Tommys handyman services to do the external repairs on my home. The job was to take two weeks. On November 4th I gave him a payment of 1/3 and work started. Every two weeks after that he requested more money. On December 23rd his subcontractor quit due to non payment. Several calls have been made to Tommy requesting a completion date. The excuses were as follows: (1) First week he had a cold (2) Second week he injured his back (3) Third week he is quarantined with Covid To this date no one has been on the job site since the 23rd of December

I loved the work. Called to let me know the exact time of his arrival vs having me waiting around it him not showing.

Did not do the work correctly the fence is falling apart in less than of week of been up. Did not start on time or finished on time. Poor quality of work.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had with a builder! Communication was top notch keeping me aware of days he would have to delay because weather and was very respectful of my property and my neighbors. Work site was organized and cleaned daily. The craftsmanship of my privacy fence is beyond my expectations it’s built to last just wish there was a 10 star rating for this company!
