Tommy Roberts came on the first cleaning visit today, he cleaned the pool as expected and installed a new filter that I paid for. Then he left several dirty footprints around my pool area. I texted him with 2 pictures of the footprints and asked Tommy to call me to "discuss the motive of the pictures". He responded with a list of things that he did and he asked me "is it the footprint you want to discuss?", I answered "yes". He then responded "I'd rather not discuss it. You paid for your filter. Today's cleaning is on me. I'm going to elect to not service your pool." I'm glad he elected to not service my pool, because if he has that type of temper and lack of customer service skills, our business relationship would have not lasted.

"I fully expected this negative review from this customer. I've learned in business that sometimes you should follow your gut feeling. I sensed that this gentleman was a "gotcha" type person who would be looking for any reason to complain. However I really wanted an opportunity to gain exposure inside the gated community he lives in so I ignored my intuition. Lesson learned. Very fast response and knowledgable ..will definitely call if my new service doesn't work out. .....update a few years later...I did eventually hire Tommy Roberts. I'm just now updating this review because I've logged in to hire another pro for another job. He services my pool until he sold the Deltona area to another provider. I believe he still services DeLand...and now that I am in DeLand....if I had a pool her would be my first choice! Always reliable and great price.

He quoted 2 days for service it took 4. The pool bottom was not visible for days & then once it was there were a bunch of wrinkles in the liner which means now we have to empty and refill which is double the cost in our time & the cost of water. He said he would be here first thing in the morning it wasn't until noon that he showed up

"This was an above ground pool that the owner dug half way into the ground. It had been sitting neglected for quite some time. I had a very tough time getting it cleaned up. I no longer service above ground pools. Please take a moment to read my other reviews. Thank you."

I was impressed at the knowledge Mr. Roberts had regarding the problems I had with my pool. He IS a PRO. His rates were extremely fair and he expressed his concern with our satisfaction for his efforts (which we found amazing). It was as if our pool was his pool. We liked that.
