It was difficult finding a blind repair company in Fort Worth; they all want to sell you new blinds or they only repair those which they sold you. I found Tommy's through HA. After I filled in the request on H, Tommy called me promptly. We agreed on a day and time and he arrived punctually. He diagnosed the problem and told me what the repair would cost. After the blind was repaired, he again set up a time to re-install it, and he arrived on time. The repair worked perfectly and the price was reasonable. Tommy was courteous and professional. For blinds and shutters, I highly recommend Tommy!

Great communication. He was able to fix one of my blinds in my house within 30 minutes, and took the others for further review. Price was fair. Very happy with the result.

She brought lots of samples and took the time to make sure the chosen color was the best match. I'm happy to be working with them and their price was the best. I can't wait to see my new shutters. Tommy contacted me as soon as he was notified by HA of my request for service. He arranged to call on the next Monday to schedule an appointment during Christmas week. We agreed on Friday morning . He made a courtesy call to let me know when he would arrive. After looking at my broken shade he called the seller (an online company) for me, and then called the manufacturer and explained the problem. Since the shade was under warranty the company agreed to ship a replacement at no charge to me. I paid only the standard trip charge.

We had Tommy install seamless gutters and it was a very pleasant experience overall. I work night shift and he worked with me by communicating in the evening hours. He was very professional and gave me a good deal. His installers were prompt and very professional. They showed up and got right to work. They did a great job with the installation. I highly recommend this company!

He was a complete professional, was punctual, responsive, kept me abreast of the situation, and worked hard to get the best possible outcome for a "thorny" issue of the repair of my Roman drapes.
