Tom is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and timely. He came out at a minute's notice and made sure that he could fix the problems I was having with my HVAC, and it made a huge difference, especially during these hot summer days.

Tom is always great at explaining what happened and what the fix is. He always completes the work and makes sure my A/C is cooling before he loads up to leave. Very professional.

I live in Wickenburg AZ, so I thought buy local. Called the local McCooling company. They responded on Monday, looked at problem and said they would be back to repair. Called them Monday afternoon and they said they would get back to me. Called again Tuesday, Wednesday and got no response. Thursday at about 2:00 no response. We are seniors and it was hot!! Went back on the phone and was lucky enough to find “ Tom’s heating and cooling. Tom is my brothers name so I figured what the heck. Lucky, lucky! Spoke with Tom and he said he would come out the next day at about 10:00 am. He showed up on time and had me up and running by 1:00pm. Side note; called McCooling at 4:30 Thursday got machine left message that I was canceling there service. Got a call back about 3 minutes later and was told that I was scheduled for the next day I told them to cancel! No word or return call for 3 days until cancellation. They are horrible!!! Tom handled or problem professionally, did a great job and didn’t give me any of the canned responses like we don’t come to Wickenburg or we can’t schedule it for a week or so. TOM showed up on time, did a very professional job and he is extremely personable. We are comfortable, cool and now we have a dependable contractor!! Thanks Tom!!! I recently used Thomas and Tom’s Heating and Cooling for both a home I own and rent out and the home I currently rent, and I had a great experience both times. Thomas is professional, communicative, reliable, and just all-around awesome to work with. He was able to get both AC units taken care of very quickly and even came out at night the first time our AC broke, which I was so grateful for. His pricing was very reasonable, and I never once felt like he was trying to take advantage of me or the other homeowner. It’s hard to find someone you can trust, and I will definitely be using Thomas again and recommending him to friends and family!

Above and Beyond Service. I found my AC Guy for now and the future. Tom is a true professional who ever hires this gentleman is lucky to have him work on their unit.
