Worst experience ever! Unprofessional and rude. Instead of taking his time to troubleshoot my problem, the technician chose to argue with me. Every time I tried to explain what was happening, he would cut me off and ignored my concerns. I was charged an $80 fee to be argued with, be insulted, and blamed for my refrigerator not working properly. Stay far away from this company!

Very much aware of the Covid 19 procedures. Came in washed and sanitized and wash and sanitized when he left. Nice job.

Tom called five minutes after completing my quote request. He wanted to come that day but I was out of town. He came two days later when I git back home and he fixed the issue under thirty minutes.
