Called me right away, listened to what I had to say and waited while I sent pictures. Knew the issue and came within an hour to take a look. Gave an estimate and he came and completed the job the next day. I wish more people worked like this. Very pleasant, knowledgeable, and will continue with Tom in the future. Extremely happy with the services.

Tom was great. Very cool guy I called him to get rid of ants he showed me how they were getting in and also showed me all the mudbeds in the basement I had from termites . I had no idea . He came back the next morning, he was on time , did his thing and took care of everything in a couple hours .he also showed me a subtle plumbing leak I need to take care of, that could’ve caused a lot of damage .hes got a good eye . I’m very glad I called him and defiently will call him back for any more pest services in the future . 10/10 experience

I hung up the phone from Angie's list and he called. He came out on a Sunday, which nobody does, you know, to look at the job and then he completed it on Monday.

Tom did a great job taking care of getting rid of the termites. Cleaned up after himself and has a great warranty.

He figured out we actually had flying ants and was helpful in finding us an affordable at-hom solution.. didn't rip us off and was incredibly thorough! 10/10 would recommend.

Tom responded very quickly to my request. Came out that morning. Very thorough in his inspection. Most of all he was very professional, patient and polite with this woman as I followed behind him asking tons of questions. My experience with the big companies is with condescending reps who want me to have my spouse present before they do anything and signing a contract for monthly service. I own the house and am a retired engineer. He even responded to texts of more damage I found after he left. Tom explained the process, gave me a fair price and ended up doing the work within the week. He was un obtrusive and cleaned up when done. He gave me info on chemicals used which i was able to research. Since it will take a few months to see if problem is resolved, I can't comment on effectiveness of procedure. VERY happy I used him.
