Tomys follow up response on a recurring garage door opener problem was top-notch, and so far everything is working fine. Our garage door opener would not close properly and we contacted Tomy for an inspection, service and maintenance. His colleague arrived at the scheduled time, performed the adjustment and maintenance and the garage door seemed quieter and the opener closed properly. Unfortunately, after a few days the opener started to malfunction again, but Tomy immediately responded to my text, worked around our schedule (and distance: North Sound area), arrived right on time, and after doing some considerable troubleshooting and adjustments, he was able to get the opener to function properly again!

Tomys was fast & courteous and fixed our broken Garage Door Springs within a couple hours of our initial call. Tommy was our guy and he clearly explained what had gone wrong, offered multiple solutions to fix the problem and clearly outlined what work was going to be performed. We will definitely use Tomys Garage Door again! Thank you!

Needed some maintenance done on our garage and Tomys garage door was recommended by two separate family friends. Tomys did not disappoint! From scheduling to communication prior to arrival and the actual repair/maintenance work they were friendly, affordable, professional and the job was done correctly. Our garage springs broke and Tomy was able to come same day and replace the springs and pulleys, and complete proper maintenance on the garage door. Excellent service and explained everything as well. Would use again.

The Tomys Garage Door Service is excellent. they worth every penny I can always trust on them to respond quickly when I need repairs and their technicians always do great work. They were also super helpful in explaining how my old garage door opener worked as well as how to properly use new safety features for added security.
