Tonka's Concrete

Had our driveway done last year. Very happy how it came out, however, every time it rains, sand comes off the road and into our driveway and ditch (which never happened with the cinders that were down). He poured the driveway too much lower than the road. He came back and graded the road down some, which just made it worse. His final thought was, to pour more concrete to build it up, which would cost us another $3,000, (TO FIX HIS MISTAKE). We had another company come and pour it up for $2,400. They told us they don't know why he did it that low the first time.....Very unhappy. Would definitely not recommend.

Tonka Concrete did an incredible job on our property. Garage and pole barn in concrete and crushed tar for our driveway came out better than expected. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Tonkaâ s Concrete showed up on time and performed well above expectations. Met on day one agreed on what the project required along with pricing. Day two crew showed up with plans in hand and dug the footers and prepared the slab to plan specifications. Day three building inspector showed and work passed with no issues. Day four crew showed, when they advised and poured the monolithic slab and installed J-Bolts as plan required and returned on Day 5 to clean project area thoroughly. They always briefed the process and what options were available, provided information on options and allowed me, the homeowner to direct what I wanted. Great to work with and found them honest and knowledgeable

They got back to me right away very convenient for me because I was out of town we send pictures back-and-forth told him the work I need it done! Boom! Had me on the schedule in the same week completed the job they text me the results! Absolutely outstanding will use them on all my future projects! Best customer service ever!

Tomas Diaz was very easy to work with. He came out to speak to us within 24 hours of our first contact, understood exactly what we wanted, and gave a very reasonable and fair quote. We hired him and the job was completed within 48 hrs. ( The job was to remove a variety of pavers and extend the concrete pad around our lanai.). His team was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this company.

Hired Tomas and his crew to pour a large ?L? shaped concrete walkway in our backyard. He called right away, estimate the next day, and stayed in touch throughout the job. Done fast snd on schedule. Came out awesome! Would highly recommend Tonka?s Concrete.

Very professional hard working men! This company literally came through with no issues when no other company would even touch the job due to it being not so big of a job. I was wanting a small patio poured and called three different contractors. Tomas with Tonka concrete was quick to respond and schedule a visit. I explained what I wanted and he delivered! The price was great, his workers were professional and any questions were answered promptly. They were also very quick! Will definitely pass this company name around!

After talking with him,Tomas understood exactly what was needed. The wobbly steps at my back entrance were replaced by solid concrete steps and a stable, sturdy railing was installed. All debris was cleaned up afterwards.

Very fast. It was a fair price. They were easy to work with and responsive. We did have one issue when removing the forms the just threw the nails on the ground which could have punctured a tire, I ended up trying to find all of them myself. The conrete work was done professionally they stayed while it set to guard against the rain and it was finished nicely. I would hire them again.

Tonka's Concrete responded very quickly to my request for a quote, and Tomas was very businesslike and respectful. They had a job cancel the next morning, so they worked my patio in right away. They cleared away the old pavers and stacked them where I asked, and framed and poured the slab that day. The patio looks great and drains fairly well (it had the rain test today). They even repaired the end of my sidewalk when the cement truck ran over and cracked it. The only suggestion I have for future work is to leave less tracks on the yard--I know the cement truck can't be helped, but I'll be filling those tracks as well as the marks from the work truck for a while. Luckily they left a good pile of fill dirt I can work from.

This company was the only one that responded. I guess my project was to small for the others. Tonka Construction did a great job. They came out quickly and got the forms set up and did the job as quick as weather permitted. They did a very good job. They are very hard working and polite. Give them a try.
