They were great! They did a terrific job on the power wash, then went more than an extra mile. They trimmed branches away from the house, before Elsa could blow them down. And even did some extra things I've been putting off. I'll be using them again.

I am changing my review for the second time. My experience with TOP was great in the beginning. I gave a deposit and was told I did not have to pay the remainder until all work was completed and to my satisfaction. They asked me to pay prior to completion, and I did because I trusted them. I had to contact them several times to finish a few small items. They did come and finish. I was not satisfied with a couple of items. They replaced a board under an eave. I told them not to stain as we would be having someone come to stain the house so it could be stained then. They stained it anyway and must have dripped some paint on the deck so they stained a portion of the deck which is now a different color than the rest. They replaced a couple of boards in the driveway. My husband asked if it was pressure-treated lumber and the employee said it was. Finally, later the owner told me it was not. John (the owner) offered to make things right, and I accepted his proposal. He has yet to come out and take care of this. He told me on October 26th, 2020 he would come out as soon as he gets caught up and the weather is nice. It is now December 14th, 2020, and I have had not heard from him since then. If you do work with them, only pay in full when you are satisfied with their work. I learned that lesson the hard way. 12/16/2020 I am just now seeing your response below, John. So many comments you are making are false. Like red peeling paint?, me in Africa?, you reached out to me? This group is not ready for any kind of serious job. The blah blah blah is there. but the workmanship and integrity is not. You have my number, John. I have been the only one reaching out. So if you really mean what you say and really want to make this right, call me. I am done reaching out to you. And your rating is 1 star because that is the level of service you're offering at this point. If you make things right with us, I will change your rating to be much higher.

"Julie we thoroughly enjoyed working with you! WE apologize for the delay getting the special wood needed for your deck. COVID -19 has put a slow on the production and not to mention your wood is "rough cut" pressure treated. We drove two hours just to get you the rough cut wood you needed. We did return while you were in Africa to finish up the loose ends as we had discussed and I also attempted to reach out to explain the stained area I did for you. The rest of the deck was a peeling red stain color and I wanted to propose a change to make it look better but no one one there. We did reseal your table for you and re-cleaned the privacy wall and I even painted the light fixture covers for you to make it look better, We really did work hard to earn your approval and I felt by the end we had no chance because the delays in weather and COVID-19 material issues. We hope to make you happy in the end. When you are available please call 573-953-8667 so we can resolve this matter. Surely we were better than 2 STARS. We are talking about very minor details after a big cleaning and restoration project with speed bumps. Thanks John Conley -Proud Veteran @ Tons of Pressure."
