Was late getting there. Did 2 rooms and stair case, did not get all the stains removed and completely soaked the carpet. Told me that it would be dry in 2-4- hours and it was not dry until the next day. He did not give me a receipt for the work that was done. Charged me $79.99. I got what I payed for.
