Tony and his crew were amazing! We gave them a challenging master bathroom renovation design, and they made it a reality. Tony gave us key recommendations for suppliers (eg, tiles, countertops) with whom he frequently works...and trusts. We had regular check-in points, sometimes multiple times a day, where the crew shared the plan (or options/recommendations) or showed us what they did to ensure our complete satisfaction before proceeding to the next step. Every member of the crew was polite and engaging; courteous and respectful, and very knowledgeable. Appropriate measures were taken to be as non-intrusive as possible and to protect other areas of the house throughout the process. We were especially impressed with the fact that they showed up when promised, were always on time, and cleaned up every day,. They worked exclusively on our project, except while we were away and waiting for cabinets. So, the renovation was completed in a timely fashion. We could not be happier with the final product and would not hesitate to recommend Chima Contracting (actually, we already have!). This was the 3rd major project I hired Tony Chima to do for me and my family. All 3 experience were exactly the same. 7am hammers are swinging until 3pm. Chima Contracting turned a dark corner of our basement into an elegant beautiful wet bar that completely exceeded our expectations! They listened to everything we were hoping to have in a bar and gathered all of our ideas and made our dream into a reality in a matter of days. We canâ t thank nor recommend this company enough for what they did for us! All the workers were considerate and professional and there was no mess left behind. Thank you for an incredible bar and entertaining space we can enjoy for many years to come!

Tony and his team remodeled our master bathroom tearing out existing shower, vanities, medicine cabinets, tile flooring. Toilet, and lighting. Installed new tile flooring, shower tiling, jacuzzi tub surround tiling, etc. All work was completed in and excellent manner. They were On time Every day and took extreme care throughout the house. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tony remodeled our bathroom from floor to ceiling and did and excellent job. He removed our old bathtub and installed a beautiful shower with tiled walls and glass doors. Tony and his team also replaced a window in the kitchen, installed crown molding in the bedroom and painted and repaired the walls in the dining room and hallway. All work was performed meticulously with care taken at the end of each day to clean up the work area. This is the second time we have used Chima Contracting and the rating has been 5 stars each time. Tony's wife Suzanne was very helpful and understanding when we encountered a scheduling problem. They are both very professional.

Suzanne, Tony and the entire team at Chima Contracting are truly the best. We used them for our basement renovation and we couldn't be happier! Suzanne is an excellent communicator and provides so many updates and details before the projects begin and during the entire process. Any questions I had were answered promptly and completely. Tony and his crew are top notch. They show up ON TIME, every single day. They are very respectful of your home/property. They made sure to clean the bathroom they used at the end of EVERY DAY! They were so friendly and kind to my two young boys that were always curious and wanting to check things out. They were great with both of our dogs and all the chaos they can cause. Their work is very well done, and they stayed on budget (Tony recommended a few suggestions that saved us money) and the project was finished ahead of schedule. I truly cannot recommend them enough. We have a long list of projects that we will be doing with Chima over the coming years.

Tony and his crew were wonderful to work with. They showed up on time every day and was very courteous and professional. Tony met with my wife and I every morning to explain the daily scope of work and wanted to know if we had questions or needs. It was truly a pleasure working with Suzanne as she helped to navigate us from the design and planning phase of our project until completion of our beautiful new kitchen and living space. Suzanne mentioned to us early during our project that we would start thinking about our next project with Chima Contracting and she was 100% correct! Thank you for an awesome renovation.

Wow, I canâ t say enough about the job Tony and crew did in our basement. He and Suzanne are an awesome tag team. Communication was great, we had no issues. He is the ultimate professional, and will not disappoint. He treats your home as if it were his own, they do not cut corners, a total professional job. Chima just finished our project! We have no complaints at all with our first floor and kitchen remodel! The guys were great! Efficient, timely, and such great communication.
