Tony Pinzine Construction

Tony was the worst professional I ever dealt with. Beyond harrassing phone calls, the quality of the work was unacceptable. He stated he was going to repair my roof with shingles but they wouldn't match. Instead he glued sheet metal to my roof and demanded $300 dollars from me. When I questioned what he did he became defensive and athreatening. He stated the work would last at least a year until I could find a contractor. The work lasted about 3 weeks before the elements peeled it away AVOID AVOID AVOID this guy is a nut job.

Didn't Promptly respond and provide updates. Didn't keep scheduled appointments.

Repaired leak on flat roof (or I thought). Started leaking into room 6months later. Guaranteed for 5 years...however cannot contact Pinzine Construction for follow up.

BE AWARE! BE VERY AWARE!! This guy never completed the work, he promised and promised and promised but never delivered. He owes me $1,500!!! My deposit. Avoid him like the plague.

The job was very well done. The roof no longer leaks. The last stages of cleanup (basically removing the collected shingles from my backyard) took forever to complete. But the work was very well done.

RIP OFF...paid a down payment and he never did the job--worse still--he never paid me back the money...calling the BBB as well as local chamber of commerce--spread the word--this guy is a 2 man bucket shop waiting to rip people off!

Tony Pinzine took $1/2 contracted payment up front, started the job, told me he needed the 2nd $1/2 payment, I paid him, and he has since failed to complete job and won't return my calls.

This job took 15 minutes when he finaly came out to the house after three weeks of waiting. We spoke many times and he stated he would come out or have another person on his crew take care of the repair, but day after day he did not show.

This has been going on since December. I had a roof leak. He came out and said the problem was my ridge cap. I paid him cash to patch it which he did the next day. He said while he was up there he noticed that the cap on the rest of the roof should be replaced. He quoted me an additional $700 which I paid in cash. Even though he called several times, he never showed up. Then he said it was too cold and the temperature would have to be at least 38 degrees. When I complained to you the first time, he called and said he had the materials and would do the job as soon as it warmed up or would return my $700. I told him to wait and do the job. We have now had a few weeks of 60 degree weather and he has not shown up to do the job. On top of that the original leak is still leaking and I have a painter lined up to pait our ceilings but he cannot do the job until the roof is fixed. Bob McLeod

Disaster Let the buyer beware! Very diffucult to reach! Complete waste of time. Could have done a better job myself and I have no experience. Probably did more damage then help!

I had a water leaking through the roof in several places. Tony was very knowledgeable and immediately diagnosed the problem(s). He was timely, courteous and delivered as promised. I would hire him again.

Carrington was more than DOUBLE what I ended up paying.

tony pinzine has yet to perform as promised. he recieved a deposit prior to beginning work. i am very dissatisfied

Tony was very responsive, courteous and accommodating. I would hire Tony again in the future and recommend the company to a friend.

Tony called within half an hour of registering with this service. He came out to my house in about an hour and looked at what needed to be done. He came back to my house about one hour later with the perfect match for my siding and did the job in a very short time. I am very pleased with this service and Tony Pinzine's work.

Courteous, fast, knowlegible. Would hire again.

Did not use as of yet but plan to in the future!!

They were real good and got the job done real quick. I was very happy with the work.
