"We are sorry you feel this way, but this review is misleading. We notified you of a 1 day delay due to a family emergency involving a minor. Instead of understanding, we were met with demands. We chose to terminate the job rather than compromise our family well being. Multiple rooms have been completed, materials purchased, and tools/materials remain at the property. Those items/labor exceed that deposit, but we chose to call it even. Please keep the materials and complete with somebody else."
