Poor communication! Initially, provided great communication during quote and indicated they would clean up driveway and edges, fill all cracks and seal coat. Unfortunately we were not in a position to pay quoted cost at that time. 10 months later, we contacted them to ask for an updated quote. This time, communication was inadequate with no response to specific questions regarding type of repair. They were to arrive at a specific date/time. No show! No call! We contacted them to then find out they had an issue with their trailer -no problem, but notification would have been nice. They then re-scheduled for â the next sunny day. We did receive a call the evening before their next planned arrival with information that - they will be to our home in the morning to do the unspecified work for the previous quoted price. No show! No call! We contacted them to hear they had to stop for product on their way. They finally arrived at 2:15pm - after we had to contact them for updates twice (we also have daily routines that need completed and this was the second day wasted waiting on them). During one follow up call- my email was requested so the invoice could be sent. Before they even arrived to the home! Once arrived we attempted to FINALLY get answers to the specific work to be completed. They indicated crack fill and seal coat. We questioned the larger areas of holes - the answer was they would use crack fill and â you will be happy with the results . So we agreed to the work. When sending payment the comment was made â If you are not happy with it, we will make you a good deal on better material. We are not happy with the finished product! The crack fill is very thin and did not improve the look of the driveway as promised. When we expressed our concerns- office staff called to speak to us. All she wanted to do was state that our expectations were irrational. Insisting they used the very best product! We requested an itemized bill and the cost and product brand used was only yelled over the phone to us. Never received in writing as requested. Communication was inadequate and seems they are only out for the paycheck! And when you arent happy, they will offer to sell you a â better product, yell at you about your expectations, and attempt to speak to you in a degrading fashion. I was told multiple times in our last conversation that crack fill and seal is the ONLY way to repair an asphalt driveway and if we wanted a new driveway it would have needed to be dug up and replaced -this is how it is in the whole world! The whole United States! And they used the very best product on our driveway. My point- do not promise I will be happy with it after I have asked specific questions about your techniques to repair it and then blame me for my level of expectation! Do Not make a repair recommendation if it is not adequate for the amount of damage you (as the professional) see during a quote. There was NO offer of a % discount, or any other solution just an argumentative; raised voice phone call blaming me! No one needs to spend their hard earned money on this company- I regret it!

Hired in 2017 to do striping and numbering in lot. Gave him rave reviews for the first 3-4 months customer service/job completion and performance. Within less than a year the numbers are wearing off and so is the areas that we had blacked out. I have emailed and called and have received no reply from anyone. This work was under warranty for 2 years. So much for that.

Family business. Very accommodating to your schedule. I would recommend them. Be ready to spend a lot of money for paving whether you do cement or asphalt. Mr. Smith offered different options to help me stay within my budget which I really appreciated.
