I hired Edgar from Tony and Sons Electric to replace a broken main breaker and the entire panel based on his recommendations. I paid $1,600 for the job plus an $80 diagnostic fee. Although the panel installation was completed, he refused to install the main breaker and has since refused to return to finish the work. It is now January 2026. I have contacted Angi in hopes of a resolution where he either completes the installation or provides a refund so I can hire another electrician to finish the job.
