We paid upfront. There were many delays that did not make any sense, but we gave Tony the benefit of the doubt. Then he ghosted us. No refund and no answer, not to mention our delayed project. This was extremely disappointing. This experience has been like dealing with a con artist. I would recommend staying clear of Tony.
