I wanted my wooden fence reversed so I would have access to the smooth side to be able to replace broken boards (done by my neighbors dog). I also wanted the entire fence lowered as it was originally installed about 5 inches from the ground which encouraged digging by the neighbors dog. Lastly, I had a leaning pole and portion of the fence that needed to straightening. Tony was very friendly, assured me it could be done, and showed up as promised. The quality of work was extremely disappointing. (I wish I could post pictures.) I now have a fence that is not level. It has unevenly cut boards, missing bolts from the brackets, missing screws from the boards, unevenly spaced and large gaps between the boards (it is no longer a privacy fence), and broken 2x4s that Tony said he would replace, They also left in the yard (mine and my neighbors) all the wood clippings from cutting the boards, the broken-up cement from adjusting the post, and most infuriating all the nails, screws and bolts that are supposed to be in the fence. Not to mention these items could end up in my dogs paw or projected from my lawnmower. I had to purchase a magnet roller and so far I have picked up 30 plus pieces. I pointed out all these things to Tony and he still expected full payment, even though he had not completed the job as discussed. I am not sure if he just did not want to put effort into a smaller job or he just did not have the skills to do it correctly, but either way I wish he would have just turned down the job. My fence literally looks worse now than before he worked on it.

He advised me it would be a day or two to get my double door gate installed when I asked about the time frame, as I have 3 large dogs I needed to keep contained. I went to work one day and when I got home it was already finished!! I did not have to spend one day in the yard with leashes, the dogs were able to keep their routine and enjoy the yard without restrictions. Excellent work, great price exactly as quoted with no surprises.

Tony is awesome. I cant wait until my neighbors start asking who did my fence so I can recommend him. Contacts and receipts would he nice but he is awesome!!

Tony has done a beautiful job on my picket and privacy fence.i will highly recommend him. I have had people stopped at my home wanting to know his name and number they agree he has done an awesome and professional job on my fences IAM very happy with his work and highly recommend him.the price was also reasonable for a very highly good job. I had also told him I will be getting him to put a new floor in my shed.if there was a 10 star I would give him a 10+. Tony replaced my old wooden privacy fence with a cedar fence that he and his crew built on site. The fence is ten times better than the old one. Posts and gate frame are exceptionally sturdy - won't have to adjust the gate like I had to on the last one. Superior work performed by an exceptional crew. I definitely will use him on other projects around my house.

The project was top notch.Not only they consistently showed up,Very nice guys they did a great job it was well worth the money!

I absolutely loved the professionalism and customer service. I thought the cost was a little high, but all things considered with COVID-19, access to building materials and who know what else--I guess the cost was fair since the timeliness and quality of service overshadowed the final cost. If I ever need more fence work done, Tony's Home Improvement will be my first call.

Tony built a front porch deck and it looks amazing. He was professional and we got just what we wanted

Great customer service. Takes time to understand your needs. Searched many fence installers and Tony clearly provided the best value for the money. Overall work quality is good, they did take a few obvious shortcuts.

Love love love my new horizontal fence. Tony did quality work and his entire team did an excellent job. I will be using him again.

Tonys workers cut the electric line leading to the neighbors house. PSO had to reinstall the line which required digging a long trench around the house. Moreover one of the metal fence posts was left unpainted. Tony and his workers are very courteous. Its just unfortunate that they failed to contact PSO prior to digging.

Tony takes shortcuts. Drilled a hole in my house instead of a piece of wood to hang a gate. Who does that? And when brought up still doesnt fix the issue. Had to call him back after he said he was done and he did not run the fence as planned originally. Unfortunately I couldnt be on site to supervise the work being done so I guess I get what I get. I would definitely not use the service again!! and would advise others against it as well.

Tony did a fantastic job. He installed a section of my fence to accommodate the security of my dogs, allowing me to attend my grandson's basketball practice in OKC. He completed the fence the next day, while I was out of town. His customer service and workmanship were excellent. He removed the old fence and poles from my property after the job was complete.

Tony and his crew did an outstanding job on their fence installation. Great customer service experience, honest and straight forward, no tricks in trying to get you to purchase or do more than you ask. Tony listens to what you want and only offers or makes changes after fully discussing them with you. Would highly recommend Tony s Home Improvement to anyone for their home improvement needs!

Was prompt...corrected any misaligned fence pickets. Courteous crew. Finished the same day very pleased so far

He ripped me off! He did not do one thing he promised. He had the fence laying in the dirt to rot. Used the old hardware that was rusted. He never replaced it. They were here for four hours. We had another HA pro come out and he was shocked at the work done. No new poles, no cement. Nothing was done right. It's crooked and bowing. He attached the new fence to the neighbors fence....why would he do that?

Did a great job ?

They were ahead of schedule for putting up the fence and over all did a great job still waiting on the gates but that is due to weather. The only issue is that at one point on the fence the support boards were not set level so there is a dip in one area.
